Disnet: Forging Tomorrow's Logistics Leaders

Disnet takes part in training students of International Business programs by offering guided tours of its facilities.

Disnet has opened its doors to the new generation of logistics professionals. Teófilo and Laia Mediavilla took part in TSB Education's training program, sharing their experience at Disnet with final-year students across two visits to our facilities.

Students got to see firsthand how a 3PL operator is run, understanding and witnessing every process carried out at our facilities up close. From the day-to-day operations of the business — receiving, handling, storage, order preparation, dispatch and transport management — to the broader concepts of the business: what our vision is, what our goal in the market is, how we approach it and what tools we use. Of course, we also shared our values: professionalism, integrity, trust, effectiveness and efficiency.

It was also rewarding to explain the company's evolution from Disnet's founding in 1991 to the present day. We tried to convey to the students that the company's growth and results are the fruit of the whole team's ongoing effort to adapt to the sector's evolution. They also got to see firsthand how important our people are to us and how we keep them motivated.

It's been a pleasure to share with this new generation our way of working, our values and our passion for 3PL logistics.
